The Equipment Certification Series will take you through all four main pieces of Pilates equipment; the Reformer, Cadillac, Split Pedal Chair and Arc Barrel.
APPI’s range of training options for your certification on the large Pilates apparatus is based on the most up to date evidence of spinal stability, pain, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and movement re-training.
This course can be taken by APPI Matwork Certified Instructors and those who have taken a two day Matwork course with APPI or a recognised provider.
To be eligible to attend this course you must one of the following:
- Completed Clinical Matwork Level One
- Completed Comprehensive Matwork Course
- Completed 2 day or more Pilates Matwork Course from a recognised Pilates provider
To be eligible to attend this course you must have completed APPI Matwork Level 1, APPI Comprehensive Matwork Course (past module 4) or a 2 day more Pilates Matwork Course from a recognised Pilates Provider.
