APPI’s Reformer Certification Series is an extensive six-day course that guides you through a wide range of exercises, providing detailed insights into the purpose and methodology behind each one, a hallmark of our renowned programme.

The course will progress the exercises over the six days from beginner all the way to full strength and conditioning exercises. This course is spread across three levels, all of which must be completed before taking the Reformer Exam. During the course we’ll analyse each exercise to look at the client’s performance of the movement, any dysfunction that we may see and how to assess and manage this to ensure that your client achieves their goal.

The course is open to anyone who has done a 2+ day Matwork course or has completed the Matwork Fundamentals course.
