Binding Registration
Registration is considered binding upon receipt of the confirmation letter. The following cancellation terms apply from the date the confirmation is issued:
Cancellation Fees
More than 30 days before the course start date: Cancellation is free of charge, excluding the non-refundable booking fee already invoiced.
14–30 days before the course start date: A cancellation fee of 25% of the course fee will apply, with a minimum charge of €250 if no medical certificate is provided.
1–13 days before the course start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee will apply, with a minimum charge of €250 if no medical certificate is provided.
Important Notice
No refunds will be granted once the course has commenced, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy helps ensure the quality and consistency of our training programs for all participants.
Failure to attend the training without prior notice will result in the full course fee being charged. Cancellations due to medical reasons must be supported by an official medical certificate to avoid cancellation fees.
Please Note:
Non-payment of the booking invoice does not constitute cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to be valid.

Training Cancellations by F.A.E
FAE reserves the right to cancel any training session up to seven (7) days before the scheduled start date if the number of participants is insufficient. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as the illness of the trainer where a substitute is unavailable, the training may be postponed. F.A.E is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the participant in such cases.
If F.A.E cancels or suspends the training, students may continue their education in the next available session. If no similar training is available at the same location or transfer is not feasible, F.A.E will invoice only for the portion of the course that was delivered. F.A.E is not obligated to reschedule or offer additional training sessions.
